Delivery was impressively professional with accurate heads-up text messages and live tracking. Item received on August 30th, ahead of the expected September 19th date. Initial concerns from negative stock against delivery feedback were unfounded; overall, a great outcome. Would buy again from these busy fellas.

The phone was delivered within a week. Box slightly damaged. Great value overall. Samsung customer service was pathetic. They gave me the wrong tracking number. When I messaged them for the correct tracking number, they palmed me of to a 1300 number that wasn't able to help, instead of providing the correct number. I contacted them again. No response. Phone turned up 4 days later. Then after a week, they finally contacted me with the correct tracking. Seems to be a theme they should rectify.
